DeWanda Wise from Jurassic Park Dominion plays Jessica in Blumhouse’s upcoming horror film Imaginary .When Jessica moves back into her childhood home with her family, they find that her youngest stepdaughter Alice (Pyper Braun) has developed an unsettling attachment to a stuffed bear named Chauncey that she finds in the basement. Chauncey and Alice start playing games, which start off lighthearted and get darker as they go on. Jessica steps in to stop Alice’s increasingly alarming behaviour, only to discover that Chauncey is much more than the plush bear Alice had thought him to be.

Jeff Wadlow (Kick-Ass 2, Truth or Dare) is the director of Imaginary, which stars Betty Buckley, Taegen Burns, Tom Payne, and Veronica Falcon. On March 8, 2024, the movie will be released in theatres
