“THE DROUGHT IS COMING” BY ANDY SMYTHE IS A CALL TO HUMANITY TO START SAVING OUR ENVIRONMENT

No Comments Review

Greetings to all my cherished readers and music enthusiasts, welcome to our blog. Today we share the work of English artist Andy Smythe. On 7th February, he released a single called “The drought is coming”. Let’s learn more about this song

The song opens with very compelling and sophisticated piano and violin sounds

Andy’s latest track serves as a sobering reminder to world leaders to take scientific data seriously and phase out fossil fuels before global warming has further disastrous effects on the environment. (“Time to listen to our hearts”)We must take immediate action because those of us with children are exposing them to a hazardous and unpredictable environment. The Effects of a crumbling universe were evident in the recent devastating wildfires in L.A

In terms of music, the release builds on Andy’s album “Poetry in Exile,” In it, he plays the piano once more and duets with violinist Beatrice Limonti, who has played a lot with Andy and his band in the previous 12 months. The content of the song is genuine and honest, as seen by Andy’s impassioned singing and Beatrice’s guitar. The production by Dave Palmer creates a broad cinematic vista by allowing the piano, synths, strings, and bass to flow past one another with ease. In light of the environmental crisis, the layered backing vocals implore the listener to confront their humanity. “Time to hold you in my arms, time to listen to our hearts.”

This is more than a song, it is a reminder to all humanity to fight for what is left of our universe. Through this song, Smythe lets listeners know that it is time to act now before things get far worse. We applaud Smythe for sharing this vital information with listeners so we open our eyes and see the deterioration. Many thanks to Smythe and I can’t wait to hear more of his music
