Snoop’s next album will be released on February 13th.
Snoop Dogg has been the most musically engaged he has been in years after signing to an executive role with Def Jam in June 2021. He recently started writing on another upcoming album, Bacc On Death Row, after releasing the 25-song Def Jam compilation album Snopp Dogg Presents Algorithm in November.
Snoop Dogg stated this week that Bacc On Death Row will be released on February 13, which also happens to be Super Bowl Sunday. Benny The Butcher, Wiz Khalifa, Mary J. Blige, Ice Cube, Ty Dolla $ign, Dave East, Usher, and others appeared on his previous album, so it will be intriguing to see who he enlists for the upcoming one.
We’ve gotten some hints about potential features recently, as Snoop took to Instagram on Thursday (Jan. 27) to tell his fans who he’s been hanging out with. He first revealed that he was hanging out with Slick Rick, a hip-hop icon and one of the pioneers who affected Snoop’s sound.
