Dearest gentle readers and music fans you are welcome to our blog. Today we take a trip to Germany to welcome back Coma Beach. Coma Beach is a punk rock/alternative rock band from Würzburg, Germany. The band was formed by singer B. Kafka, guitarist Captain A. Fear, and drummer M. Lecter, with

bassist U. Terror and rhythm guitarist M. Blunt completing the lineup. I had the pleasure of listening to an EP titled “I Won’t Listen” by the band and it was enlightening and life-changing. On 9th January, the band released a five-song EP called “passion/bliss”. Let me tell you more about this EP

The title track of the EP is called “Passion”. The song opens with a short verse and then the guitar sounds set in. The song describes a character who has no passion, nothing to fuel his life, no drive, and no will to do anything “(Where is my passion, are you out there?”). The vocal performance is electric and there is an electric guitar solo mid-song that is something to look forward to and toward the end of the song, the tempo and vocal performance pick up. “Bliss” is the next song. The song opens with a guitar intro and a medium-tempo drum beat. The vocal performance and the drum beat yet again pick up and become a killer rock song. Hearing this song live will be insanely good

“Ashtray (fallen Angel”) is the title of the next song. The song has a very vibrant and colored instrumentation. Yet again, the tempo picks up but later returns to the original melody. The song was intense and passionate and listeners will love it completely. The electric guitar is something that listeners will be delighted by it

Up next is called “(nothing right”). The song opens with wave-crashing sounds and a very very funky bass intro. The vocal performance is pure perfection and their electric guitar solo will melt your face off! What an amazing song

The last song is called “The Final Door”. Opened with a nice bass then electric guitar and drum beat, this song is very energetic, vibrant, and full of life. This is yet another song that listeners can and will jump around to. Trust me, you can’t resist it so give into it like I did

This was a very vibrant EP. The songs were very high-energy and were performed in an intense and passionate way that was irresistible. There was no song I wanted to skip, they were all bops and songs that you can rock to. Coma Beach is talented and never disappoints and I can’t wait to hear more music from them
