The vocals are so stunning and very tender. With great instrumentation and vocals, we have a winning combination that leads and welcomes people to the album
Up next is the song “The Tease”. The song opens with deep synth sounds that sound primal and native. The female vocals are beautiful and the electric guitar is heaven-sent! Listeners will really enjoy this song
The third song is “Haunted”. The song opens with glacial synth sounds. The song is about a person who is hurt about how a person treated him. This person has broken his heart and left him wondering if he drove her away. (“Where did you go””)This is enough to drive him insane, it’s no coincidence that he feels haunted by memories of her. The instruments are arranged in such a brilliant way that really stresses the meaning of the song
“Lost in the Fall” is what the next song is called. The song is very dramatic giving it a retro vibe. The persona shares in great detail how much his lover means to him. Listeners can tell the nature of the relationship of these two through the lyrics and then we get into the same mind space of these two. Musically, we get a splendid performance in vocals and in instrumentation
“Drown My Heart” is the next song on the album. The song opens with a stunning electric guitar riff. The song is about a character who is deeply hurt because of his relationship’s problems. This song is very exciting and that guitar solo will melt your face off. I’m dying to hear this performance mind because I’ll literally lose my mind. This song is about a character who had sworn off women but meets a woman who warms his cold heart. The performance is wild, the guitar is amazing and fiery. You will bang your head on this song. It is irresistible and you will agree with me at the end of the track
“Undercurrent” is the next song. This song opens with electronic piano or stringed instruments. It is glacial and empowering. As the song builds so does the rhythm and all-around atmosphere. The song brings a certain flair with it that will just captivate you from beginning to end
“My everything” is what comes next. This song features a soft guitar sound at the beginning. The persona is deeply missing someone. This person is either his current lover or a lover who has left him(“Remembering you, the shape of your lips”). Either way, this person is missing her. The vocal performance was very convincing and takes you into this story. The instruments in the song definitely are working overtime to make this song amazing
Up next is “impossible love.” The song goes straight into the performance. The song is a representation of a toxic relationship (“time stands still, impossible love, as cold as a grave”). People who love each other but can’t seem to stay away, despite the effects of their being together, still are together. This song was a beautiful duet and the two voices meet in such a wonderful way
“Meeting in the Middle” is the next song on the album. Beautiful Mouth percussion opens the song. This song is another sultry and sexy song where the character explains her and her lover’s intimate times (“Falling deeper”). The song is beautiful and shows the intensity of passion and love. The vocal performance is very sexy and the instrumentation compliments it so well. There is also a beautiful guitar solo that listeners can enjoy
“Beauty and the Beast-remastered” is the next song on the list. In this song, the character tells the tale of beauty and the beast but, in this version, she is the beauty and her lover the beast. (“We are lost in this curse”)The vocal performance is stunning and the stringed instrument is so breathtaking
“In the space between- remastered” is the last song on the album. We get into the performance right away. The song is a song about forbidden love and deep passion. This song left me speechless because of how beautiful it is and the perfect choice to end the album
This album is one for the books. Every single song spoke volumes. The work on this album was so astounding. The artist really took time to craft the songs. These songs were made with intentionality that speaks volumes about the artist. I love this album and I can’t wait to hear more music
