Greetings dearest gentle readers and music fans. Today we celebrate the work of US artist Larry Karpenko. This released a song called “Fare thee well” on 21st March. Let’s talk more about the song
The song opens with this unique beat with scattered bits of static-like sounds that are very captivating
The inspiration for “Fare Thee Well.” came from his beloved friend Sharlene, who was an inspirational and light-filled person. She was intrepid and spent many years serving as a missionary in Africa, giving up her time to help others. She chronicled her experiences in a book to give readers the full scope of her work She had three boys of her own and was eager to coach a team if it would help her boys get better, that’s the kind of mother and person she was. “Fare Thee Well” became a means for Larry to cope with the void of loss shortly after her celebration of life service.
The song includes LANDR Composer for chorus arrangements, Massive from Native Instruments for the chorus, and Bass Fender Marcus Miller Jazz for verse passages. Larry recorded the song at Kreation Records, a tiny, privately run studio in Southern California that fosters innovation and originality.
I admire Larry so much for sharing this message and turning his grief into positivity. Aside from the structure of the song, the vocal performance was unforgettable because Larry is incredible, and Sharlene must be looking down on him and smiling really hard. I love this song and I can’t wait to hear more music from him
