Warmest greetings to our most cherished readers and fans of good music. Today we welcome back to our blog, US artist John Kolar. Kolar released a gripping song titled “Tie My Shoes” and, he is back again with another amazing song titled “Skipping Stones” Let’s talk more about the song

The melody of the intro of this song is just breathtaking, stunning, and ethereal and it will captivate you instantly

“Skipping Stones” is a song about falling in love while snuggling in the Appalachian mountains of West Virginia. John grew raised in the hills of Morgantown, West Virginia, and wanted to create a song about his love of the mountains in that region and his love for his wife Lide. (” These mountains do look good on you”). He also talks about how, he didn’t know he’d make a home in the mountains, but ended up doing just that through the lyrics in the song

The song draws on the Appalachian musical legacy while adding a modern, indie flavor. Lucas Sherman (western Pennsylvania) plays violin on this alt-country tune, while Cole Parker (West Virginia) plays drums. Mark Benincosa (a Grammy-nominated audio engineer from West Virginia) mastered this song. Everyone involved in the song’s creation is an Appalachian local, which adds to its uniqueness and comfort.

This song was so beautiful and talks about how we go to certain places, not knowing we will fall so in love with the place, but end up doing it. In this case, Kolar even found love and a wife. Kolar has released a meaningful and heart-warming song yet again. He also worked with the natives of the area to keep the originality of their music and, I am not surprised that the song is as amazing as I thought it would be. He also shared certain details about his personal life in this song, and we can’t help but feel closer to him because of it. He knocked this song out of the park, and I can’t wait to hear more and more of his songs
