The song centers around a character who is hurt and heartbroken. In his current state, he questions if ever their love was real(”damn your love”). He then says that if she doesn’t love him now she never will. The song exposes the complexities of romantic relationships. The vocal performance is exceptionally good. Fans of Marvel will recognize this soundtrack as the song that was put over the strut of the members of Guardians of the Galaxy members when they were getting out of their ship in Vol 2 of the movie. This song is a cover of the original song in the movie and it sounds so so good

David Flint felt that “Fleetwood Mac’s Rumours is the one album that never gets old to the duo and their co-producer still listened to it over and over again,” Glass Cabin recorded “The Chain.” because It is timeless. Their co-producer was therefore thrilled when Jess (Brown) proposed that they record “The Chain.”

This song was very well done. Covering a popular and beloved song is sometimes hard especially when the fans are protective of the song and don’t vibe with different versions or covers of the song. They tend to criticize the song very harshly but I can assure fans of the original song that this cover is extremely good and will align with everything the fans of the original song love. This talented duo has made Fleetwood Mac proud with their cover. They are very talented and will dominate the music industry
