American actress Lili Pauline Reinhart was born on September 13, 1996. She is well-known for her roles as Annabelle in Lorene Scafaria’s 2019 black comedy criminal thriller Hustlers and Betty Cooper on The CW’s adolescent drama series Riverdale (2017–2023). She played Grace Town in the 2020 movie Chemical Hearts, which was based on Krystal Sutherland’s book Our Chemical Hearts

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION

Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Reinhart grew up in the adjacent community of Bay VillageShe claims her last name is German in origin and is of French and German ancestry.At the age of ten, she fell in love with singing, acting, and dancing, and she begged her mother to take her to auditions in New York City.When she was eighteen, Reinhart relocated to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career.

CAREER

Based on the characters of Archie Comics, Riverdale is a teen drama television series on The CW that featured Reinhart as Betty Cooper on February 9, 2016. Shipka was initially approached for the part by series creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa after observing her performance in Mad Men. Reinhart submitted two separate audition tapes for the part, the first from her home in North Carolina, and the second in person one month later.The show debuted on January 26, 2017, and it was renewed for a sixth season in February 2021.

The news broke in June 2019 that Reinhart would play the lead female role in Richard Tanne’s romantic drama film Chemical Hearts, which is based on the 2016 Krystal Sutherland novel Our Chemical Hearts. Chemical Hearts is produced by Amazon Studios.Reinhart portrayed Grace Town, a senior in high school with physical disabilities who develops feelings for Henry Page, the writer for the school newspaper. Reinhart not only starred in Chemical Hearts, but it also marked her first executive producer credit.Mixed reviews were given to the movie when it was released on August 21, 2020, on Amazon Prime Video.

The news that Reinhart would be starring in Wanuri Kahiu’s Look Both Ways was released in March 2021. Reinhart will play Natalie, a college student who on the eve of her graduation  life splits into two parallel realms. In one reality, she moves to Los Angeles to further her career; in the other, she gets pregnant and has to deal with motherhood as a young adult. Look Both Ways will be Reinhart’s second executive producer credit in addition to her role as the movie’s actress.

In June 2021, Reinhart’s production company, Small Victory Productions, signed a deal with Amazon Studios.Small Victory Productions will develop original and adapted content for film and television with a focus on modern, young adult content that celebrates diversity and inclusivity, as well as supporting new voices.
