Together, Cardi B and Patti LaBelle are bringing us some festive authenticity. It’s the collaboration we were unaware we needed. In an interview with People, the well-known musicians talked about a seasonal partnership that would pair their individual sweet products—Cardi B’s Whipshots, an alcoholic whipped cream, and Patti LaBelle’s Good Life pies.

Even though they had not met before this collaboration, LaBelle said that she had felt like she and the “Bodak Yellow” rapper were “supposed to be together” for a long time.

“I’ve been her mother in my mind for a long time because she’s just all that and a bag of chips. And I’m all that and a bag of chips,” LaBelle said.

The dynamic pair is shown in the sitcom-style promo giving embraces and showing hospitality as they get into the holiday mood. For enthusiasts who want to recreate the holiday joy on their own, Walmart is the place to go because they sell both Whipshots and Patti’s Good Life pies
