Greetings dearest gentle readers and music lovers let’s welcome the Norwegian band Transcending into the Unknown band back to our blog The band was founded in 2023 by Stian Dahl, Filip, and Robert Dahl. On 21st February. The band released a six-song EP called “The Journey “Let’s talk more about the EP

“Winternight” is the title track of the EP. The song opens with dreamy Latin influences and guitar sounds. The song talks about the cold winter night. The song features a very beautiful female vocal that defines the song even more. This song does an amazing job of starting the EP

Up next is the song “Giants”. This song opens with very exciting drum and guitar sounds before an ethereal sound is layered into it. The guitar sounds get frantic and unstoppable as the vocal performance. The main attraction of this song is the electric guitar solo because that was face-melting and passionate guitar work that will get you extremely hyped

Next is the song “The Valley”. This song has a crazy good bass guitar, drum, and electric guitar solo as its intro. The song talks about people who are our lifelines and help us stay afloat and good in the trenches. The electric guitar and bass guitar in this song didn’t come to play at all

The next song is called “Chronos”. The song opens with a dreamy and beautiful guitar sound, side by side with a soft drum beat which hooks you into the song before you can even resist In the song the beautiful female vocals sing so tenderly but just after, the song flips its sound and trajectory completely. What started out as a soft rock or ballad quickly becomes a heavy metal song that you will find yourself rocking out to and returns to a soft melody like in the beginning Talk about versatility which this song has plenty of to spare

Next up is “noir”. The intro of the song is quite stunning and the electric guitar ate down and left no crumbs. The song talks about a character who tells her lover to not come close else he’d ruin the night for her. I lied when I said the guitar work in other songs was good because they weren’t good, the guitarist shredded with all of his ability and showed off this awesome talent

The last song on the EP is “Transcending into the Unknown”. The song opens with captivating electric guitar strums. As the song continues, the guitar sounds soft and still stays sharp throughout the song. This was the most eye-opening guitar solo I’ve ever heard. It goes above and beyond what listeners will love. This beautiful song ends the album

I’m very happy that I was allowed to hear the whole EP. After I listened to “Chronos”, I knew I wanted to hear more music from the artist he delivered and the songs were so good. Transcending Into the Unknown
